Hiring permanent staff from us
We only charge a fee if, after your selection process you choose to hire a candidate from us, and we do not invoice until the day our candidate starts work with you. We have a rebate period built into our terms of business to give you peace of mind.

Fast Payments
Unlike some agencies, we process our contractors’ payments as soon as they have finished their week or month’s work and sent us their signed timesheet and invoice. Their payment clears within 4 to 7 days, and in our experience this gesture goes a long way to ensure our contractors are happy ones.
A paperless back office
We equip all our clients and contractors with the latest online electronic signature technology, so you can sign all contract paperwork instantly via email, you can sign your contractors’ timesheets instantly via email and we will happily submit our invoices to you via email to your preferred contact. It’s fast, convenient, great for when you are off-site and cannot physically meet your contractors to sign timesheets and it’s even better for the environment. We do not ask for hard copies of anything - so just think of all the trees we’re saving.
The personal touch
Every client has a PerCap Account Manager – the Consultant who you already deal with. The difference being that they are also the Account Manager for the contractors you have employed and they will deal with all aspects of your contractors’ payments. So you can rest assured that you can ask them about any piece of contract paperwork, timesheet or invoice and they will be able to help.
